    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A PRODUCTION LEAD OR A BACK UP LEAD - YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.</span></strong></p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Manufacturing Supervisor &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>FLSA Status: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Hourly</p><p><strong>ROLE</strong></p><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Operate production machinery and troubleshoot when needed.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for the set up and operation of the machine within accepted safety practices and the allotted time frame.</li><li>Properly perform necessary setting adjustments.</li><li>Properly perform film changes and ribbon changes including changeover from one dye to another.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the products have the correct components before packing them.</li><li>Continuously check the label, seals and date placement throughout the shift to ensure that every package label and date is correct.</li><li>Fill out and sign all required documentation before each run.</li><li>Monitor equipment operation to prevent unscheduled downtime.</li><li>Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors, Production Leads and other Packaging Technicians on any situations arising during their shift.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate from accredited college or technical school in Mechanical studies is preferred. Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS</strong></p><p>None required. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Read equipment manuals and diagrams.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and be able to practice basic troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS &nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
