Our comprehensive approach ensures that every solution we provide contributes directly to mission success.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<p>The Deputy Director of EMS Operations and Education has a critical role in supporting Raven Medical, Inc’s mission to deliver excellence in emergency medical services and training. This position is responsible for overseeing daily and long-term management of medical operations, education, and training programs. Key responsibilities include supervision of facilities, equipment, and student records, as well as fostering an education environment that promotes student success and professional growth. The Deputy Director ensures full compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards set forth by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), American Heart Association (AHA), Commission on Accreditation for Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE), and the North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services (NCOEMS). Familiarity with examinations and certificates governed by the International Board of Specialty Certifications (IBSC) and the Committee on Accreditation for the EMS professions (CoAEMSP) is strongly preferred</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide daily management of facilities, equipment, and resources to support training and operational readiness.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate maintenance of student records, certifications, and compliance documentation.</li>\n<li>Oversee curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation for EMS training programs.</li>\n<li>Maintain alignment of training programs with industry best practices and emerging EMS standards.</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to standards set by NAEMT, AHA, CAPCE, and NCOEMS.</li>\n<li>Support accreditation processes and maintain all required documentation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations and Education on program planning and strategic initiatives.</li>\n<li>Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements and enhance effectiveness and outcomes.</li>\n<li>Represent Raven Medical at professional organizations, committees, and community engagements to strengthen partnerships.</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li>\n<li>Must have an NC Paramedic License or be a Nationally Registered Paramedic</li>\n<li>Must hold NC EMS Instructor I or can obtain within 1 year</li>\n<li>Must have a military background or ability to obtain TCCC-CMC instructor certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>NC EMS Instructor II</li>\n<li>AHA Instructor for: BLS, ACLS, &amp; PALS</li>\n<li>NAEMT Instructor for: TCCC &amp; EVOS</li>\n<li>IBSC Critical Care Paramedic or Flight Paramedic</li>\n<li>Experience managing an EMS education program</li>\n<li>Experience with EMS education accreditation processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary package</li>\n<li>Health Benefits</li>\n<li>401K</li>\n</ul>",
