In this role, you will focus on the following: Provide hands-on technical leadership , driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps , and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams Collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation products Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent , fostering a high-performance culture Drive collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity across the organization Qualifications Extensive technical expertise in data converters, with hands-on IC tape-out and productization experience Strong ability to translate high-level specifications into block-level design requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven experience providing customer-facing support throughout product development and release-to-production phases BS in Electrical Engineering or related + 13 years of experience, or MS + 11 years of experience, or Ph.D. + 8 years of experience Compensation and Benefits MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.
