Description

Sales Trainer The Sales Trainer is responsible for assisting in the overall training and development of Sales Development Associates (SDA) and Account Managers with a focus on new hire training. This position works with SDAs and Account Managers to discover and understand the after warranty needs of prospects and customers, assists in the creation of compelling hardware maintenance proposals designed to successfully close business and achieve customer satisfaction, serve as a technical resource for SDAs on conference calls, and help SDAs with account acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term account goals. his role also assists in curriculum development, assesses the SDA’s skills effectiveness, identifies areas for training reinforcement, and facilitates training and coaching sessions
