    "description": "<p>Duties and responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Student interns will assist with Admissions &amp; Enrollment with daily business tasks and operations. Main responsibilities include: answering phone calls, assistance for events, collect and research information needed, impromptu campus tour and others. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desired qualifications.</p>\n<p>Successful applicants should:</p>\n<p>1) Mason Korea Global Patriots  experience (strongly recommended)<br>2) Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel <br>3) Detail oriented individual<br>4) Exhibit professionalism and a strong work ethic;<br>  -  Be self-motivated, flexible, and able to build rapport with others<br>  -  Be available and accessible for the time commitment involved<br>5) Comfortable strating conversations over phone<br>6) Proficient in both Korean and English<br>7) Effective oral and written management communication skills<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Hours per student: up to 40 hours/week during the break. When working during the break, have completed enrollment in the upcoming semester. <br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A note on break housing: <br>•If applicable, selected work study students may apply for break IGC housing starting from May 12, 10am. <br>•UL does not guarantee housing during the summer &amp; winter breaks for the work &amp; study program students who apply for the housing.<br>•Work &amp; Study students can reach out to UL Housing Staff or IGC housing office directly if they would like to receive more information about break housing.<br>•The break housing is usually offered on a first-come, first served bases. Please note that the housing office cannot guarantee availability if all rooms are already occupied.<br>•Work &amp; Student students will follow the same procedure as other students (application period, payment deadline, etc.) if they are planning to apply for break housing at IGC.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Please let us know your schedule (if confirmed) in advance.
