Serving as the primary point of contact for support requests, this role is responsible for timely resolution and escalation while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>This position is 100% on-site in Bow, NH.
