We&#39;re looking for a multifaceted employee with experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical. This employee will perform typical maintenance tasks to support the entire facility including all 4 clubhouses, administration offices, restaurants, fitness facility, and more.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Job Duties</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">General carpentry (cabinets, molding, trim, shelving, etc.)</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Installation/repair of siding, windows, doors, gutters, etc.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Masonry including tile and grout work</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;
