      "content": "\n<li>3–5+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience</li>\n<li>Proven experience acting as a Lead Technician or Crew Lead</li>\n<li>Strong Cat6 and fiber termination and testing skills</li>\n<li>Experience with paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site maps</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at height and in large warehouse environments</li>\n<li>Ability to lead crews of 2–4 technicians while remaining hands-on</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with Foremen and Project Managers</li>\n<li>Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic spreadsheets</li>\n<li>Basic telecommunications tools, PPE, and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively and work 50–60 hour weeks</li>\n"

      "text": "Key Responsibilities May Include:",
      "content": "\n<li>Serve as the primary working lead for small crews on large warehouse and distribution center projects</li>\n<li>Lead and support crews of 2–4 technicians, providing daily task direction and technical guidance</li>\n<li>Remain fully hands-on with Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber (single-mode &amp; multi-mode) installations</li>\n<li>Perform and oversee paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling</li>\n<li>Coordinate daily work plans with the Foreman</li>\n<li>Operate boom and scissor lifts (40+ ft work)</li>\n<li>Read prints, plan cable pathways, and support MDF/IDF buildouts</li>\n<li>Install cable support systems including J-hooks, ladder rack, innerduct, and tray</li>\n<li>Ensure cabling is neatly dressed, labeled, and installed per standards</li>\n<li>Assist with material staging and jobsite organization</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot cabling and system issues</li>\n<li>Provide daily progress updates to the Foreman</li>\n<li>Enforce safety and quality standards within assigned work areas</li>\n"
