As a key contributor, you'll assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Your role will be instrumental in providing reliable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL DO:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Prepare and record all accounting transactions in compliance with IFRS and local accounting policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Perform monthly analysis &amp; reconciliation on the financials, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of local financial books and records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Support annual audit work by providing and explaining financial data to external auditors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Support the team in implementing system automation, reporting, and process optimization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Work with cross functional teams such as Business Development and Marketing to make sure compliance with local and global Finance related matters.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Assist in establishing and implementing internal control systems and management regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL NEED:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">1+ years of experience working in a major accounting firm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">At least 3 years of working experience, ideally with relevant accounting software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting software (e.g., ERP, accounting software)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Good English communication skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Has this role caught your Interest?
