    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Title:</strong> Machine Responsible RBP2</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: <strong>Safety, Respect, and Ownership</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assume full ownership of assigned manufacturing line(s), including safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure equipment is operated in accordance with safety standards, work instructions, and company policies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor machine performance and production output to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate mechanical, electrical, or process issues impacting line performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and line readiness</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and product transitions per standard operating procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure product quality standards are met by conducting in-process checks and responding to quality issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document production data, downtime, scrap, and corrective actions accurately and in a timely manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train and support operators on proper machine operation, safety expectations, and standard work</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Leadership to align operational priorities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enforce housekeeping and 5S standards within the assigned work area</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to safety, quality, or equipment issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automated industrial manufacturing environment.
