And with competitive compensation and total rewards, you’ll also enjoy our great perks.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">As a <strong>Licensed</strong> <strong>Engine Mechanic&nbsp;</strong>at<strong>&nbsp;</strong>StandardAero&nbsp;in Augusta, GA,&nbsp;you will put your skills and powerplant expertise to use performing overhauls, major inspections, and heavy maintenance on Honeywell TFE731 and HTF7000 turbofan engines.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>What you'll do: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Utilize precision instruments such as micrometers, torque wrenches, and calipers to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engines and APUs</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Navigate, research, and reference technical digital documents, OEM Light and Heavy Maintenance manuals.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on Honeywell turbofan engines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Disassemble and re-assemble engines, adhering to OEM technical manual specifications.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Remove and reinstall engines on aircraft for major periodic inspections and core zone inspections.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perform incoming and outgoing engine runs and line maintenance, as required. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Evaluates removed components for serviceability and document discrepancies.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Document all work accomplished in a clear, concise and accurate manner.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Accomplishes Service Bulletins, Repair Letters and Airworthiness Directives.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Participate in ongoing training initiatives on and off site through partners like CAE, FlightSafety, and Honeywell.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Position Requirements: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum of 3 year of&nbsp;experience performing heavy maintenance on turbine engines</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum 1 year of experience working in an overhaul, military depot, or MRO environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Must have a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">High School diploma or GED.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Preferred Characteristics:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Experience inspecting, maintaining and repairing <strong>turbofan</strong> engines</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Experience working on the Honeywell <strong>HTF7000 or TFE731</strong> engine lines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Run &amp;
