    "description": "<h2>Job Summary-</h2>\n<p>Productor Operator uses equipment to load, unload, and transport materials assisting with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is labor intensive, with a strong element of manual labor and a steady work pace required to support the smooth and continuous flow of production. Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled environment, with both internal and external activities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The current schedule is 12-hour shifts, with a rotating shift change from day to night shift every 2 weeks. One week has 3 scheduled days followed by the second week with 4 scheduled days. Overtime is scheduled as required.</p>\n<p>Starting pay at $21.00/hr. and progressing to over $25.00/hr. in the first year.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities-</h2>\n<p>Must gain thorough knowledge of all operating and safety procedures. Tasks that may be required, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Transport samples, raw materials, and supplies</li>\n <li>Transport product by using a hand dolly and powder van (truck)</li>\n <li>Maintain operating log, prepare labels as required, and accurately record information</li>\n <li>Operate pneumatic and other required tools</li>\n <li>Operate hoisting equipment</li>\n <li>Participate in Hazmat/Fire Brigade</li>\n <li>Drive tractor-trailer rig to move NC trailers, and other tasks as assigned</li>\n <li>Bending, climbing stairs and ladders, reaching above shoulder level</li>\n <li>Repetitive pushing & trucking of up to 210 pounds and lifting of up to 55 pounds</li>\n <li>Finger, hand, and other physical dexterity required</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and rotate from day shift to night shift every 14 days</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all job requirements in a non-climate-controlled environment</li>\n <li>Weekend work/overtime is required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications-</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must have a GED/High School Diploma or able to achieve passing scores on the Work Keys Skills Test administered by CareerSource Capital Region</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Successful completion of a comprehensive background check required </strong></li>\n <li><strong>BATFE clearance required</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must have a valid State Driver License</strong></li>\n <li>Must be dependable; have an acceptable work record including attendance</li>\n <li>Must have the physical dexterity to operate equipment & instrumentation</li>\n <li>Must have ability to communicate, read & write</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to learn/understand oral & written instruction</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass task certifications</li>\n <li>Must have a strong desire to work & have reliable transportation</li>\n</ul>",
