This role will also assist in coordinating all events, visits, and meetings including preparing investor materials and ensuring information is provided and executed in a timely manner. The Investor Relations Coordinator helps foster strong relationships with our investors and analysts and contributes to the overall success of UWM.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<p><strong>Roles/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding, coordinating, and assisting in hosting IR events including, but not limited to: Earnings calls, UWM LIVE!, the Annual Shareholder Meeting, Office visits, conferences/calls, etc.</li>\n <li>Monitor and assist with the IR inbox </li>\n <li>Work closely with Security, United Services, Marketing, and Finance</li>\n <li>Work closely with senior leadership in providing updates for coordination of all events</li>\n <li>Reviewing of daily industry publications for relevant housing finance or UWM news </li>\n <li>Assisting in building relationships with buy-side investors </li>\n <li>Assisting with the coordination and preparation of SEC documentation including the proxy statement and staying up to date/coordinating the communication on Corporate Social Responsibility strategy </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Power Point, Excel, and Outlook </li>\n <li>Entrepreneurial approach </li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of the mortgage industry, key stakeholders, and business models </li>\n <li>Experience working as part of a team in a collaborative environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
