Play the lead driver role in developing the schedule and budgets for the project.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bid projects and aid with contracting with all subcontractors and purchasing of all materials for each assigned project&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for proposals and bids in conjunction with the pre-con team. Solicit bids and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers.
