If you are detail oriented and have a passion for making memories for others, this is the place for you.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Links, an American Grill, is seeking a Fine Dining Cook<strong>&nbsp;</strong>who is highly motivated and passionate about cooking.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>The responsibilities of the Fine Dining Cook include but is not limited to focusing on accurately cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. The Fine Dining Cook also performs other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation and presentation.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Providing and maintaining high quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all food and ensuring that all food quality meets specifications and guarantees.</li><li>Maintaining a solid menu knowledge and of all food products and skillfully applying culinary techniques with attention to detail regarding plate presentation and preparation.</li><li>Following all procedures and policies set forth by Links, an American Grill while having a solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces and stocks.</li><li>Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by Links, an American Grill.</li><li>Work as a team and effectively communicate with management and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other associates.</li><li>Following all procedures and policies set forth Links, an American Grill</li><li>Contribute to the growth and success of the team</li><li>Portray enthusiasm and a positive attitude</li><li>Be punctual, responsible, and flexible</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience cooking in fine dining</li><li>Two or more years of experience as a line cook</li><li>Experience with various cooking methods and procedures</li><li>Familiarity with industry best practices</li></ul><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License.</li><li>ServSafe certification preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>BENEFIT PRIVILAGES</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive Wages</li><li>Health, dental, vision, life and other insurance after a 60 day waiting period.</li><li>Free unlimited golf rounds for all employees on Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point golf courses (cart fee applies)</li><li>Discounted room rates for employees and family at both the Inn &amp; Club at Harbour Town and our Homes &amp; Villas</li><li>Discounted food &amp; beverage, resort apparel, and activities including fitness, tennis, and golf</li><li>Special employee events</li><li>Additional Voluntary Benefits available through Colonial Life available to Full Time and Part Time employees after 60 day waiting period</li><li>401(k) with company match and Profit Sharing for all employees (must complete (1) year of service and 1,000 work hours to receive company match)</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li><li>Preferred Pricing on Tournament tickets to the RBC Heritage presented by Boeing</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
