    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>NOV in Burkburnett, TX is currently seeking dependable&nbsp;QC Technicians&nbsp;to work in our manufacturing facility. NIGHTS and DAYS available. Shifts are currently scheduled in 2-2-3 pattern (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, becoming 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, and repeating) . &nbsp;Days are 7am-7:30 pm and Nights are 7pm to 7:30am.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This role will support the Quality Assurance department, helping to ensure that finished products and assemblies meet required regulatory and organizational Quality standards while maintaining all Safety measures.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p>\n    <p>Performs inspection, testing, and documentation activities to ensure finished products and assemblies meet applicable regulatory, customer, and organizational quality requirements while maintaining all safety standards.</p></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Inspect, test, and verify product conformance using visual standards, dimensional tools, and applicable procedures</li>\n     <li>Accept or reject products based on defined quality requirements and specifications</li>\n     <li>Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections as required</li>\n     <li>Complete documentation and maintain accurate quality records in accordance with QMS requirements</li>\n     <li>Identify and segregate nonconforming products and support disposition activities</li>\n     <li>Ensure proper identification and traceability of product throughout inspection processes</li>\n     <li>Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions as assigned</li>\n     <li>Maintain calibration awareness and proper use of measuring and test equipment</li>\n     <li>Follow all applicable work instructions, procedures, and specifications</li>\n     <li>Wear appropriate PPE and comply with all HSE requirements</li>\n     <li>Comply with all NOV Company policies, Quality policies, and procedures</li>\n     <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>\n     <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n     <li>Relevant manufacturing or quality experience preferred (typically 1–3 years)</li>\n     <li>Forklift certification (as applicable to facility)</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Ability to work in a Factory environment with varying temperatures</li>\n     <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods (up to 12 hours)</li>\n     <li>Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Ability to push/pull up as required&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Travel is less than 10% (if applicable)</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Dependability and attendance</li>\n     <li>Attention to detail</li>\n     <li>Accountability</li>\n     <li>Teamwork and collaboration</li>\n     <li>Ability to follow instructions and procedures</li>\n     <li>Adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>All facility-specific training, qualification, and progression requirements are defined and controlled through the site Training &amp; Competency Program.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Personnel must be trained, evaluated, and authorized prior to performing assigned quality tasks.
