    "description": "<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $135,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>The Job in a Nutshell:</strong></p>\n<p>The main responsibility of this position is to oversee the day-to-day implementation and project management of new store construction, store relocations, store renovations, and special projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.06/10/2026</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Main Ingredients: </strong></p>\n<li>Prepares project scope of work and process submittals</li>\n<li>Prepares cost projections and budgets for construction projects</li>\n<li>Maintains good working relationships with contractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.</li>\n<li>Generates, reviews, approves, and monitors construction schedules and expenses </li>\n<li>Oversees construction to assure detailed conformance with the contract documents and highest quality workmanship, code compliance, ADA compliance, schedules, sequence, costs</li>\n<li>Prepares purchase orders for contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, etc.</li>\n<li>Performs and is responsible for record keeping activities, such as, financial tracking, Site Inspection Reports, review submittals, construction field reports, manages pay applications, processes change orders, and close out documents.</li>\n<li>Identifies potential issues, cost savings changes and completes punch list</li>\n<li>Manages support staff & trains others as needed</li>\n<li>Conducts site inspections and field measurements</li>\n<li>Provide weekly update to V.P. of Construction.</li>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p>Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Recipe for Success:</strong></p>\n<li>BA in Architecture, Construction Management or Civil Engineering a plus </li>\n<li>5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Management required</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of field experience required</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 certification required</li>\n<li>Retail construction management/experience a plus</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Commercial Construction</li>\n<li>Knowledge of IBC and ADA requirements</li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required</li>\n<li>Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional leadership qualities </li>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>This job description is not an employment contract.
