This unique hybrid role bridges both preconstruction and project execution — combining your estimating expertise with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You’ll be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of concrete work across KCI projects. If you’re a builder at heart who enjoys both the numbers and the action in the field, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Estimating:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for all self-performed concrete scopes — including labor, materials, equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review and interpret plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope and constructability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform quantity take-offs, validate productivity rates, and incorporate field feedback into pricing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solicit vendor quotes and ensure scope completeness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the transition from estimate to field execution, ensuring a clear and smooth hand-off to project teams.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You’re a hands-on construction professional who enjoys both the analytical side of estimating and the leadership side of managing projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and you take pride in delivering quality work that stands the test of time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You’re organized, proactive, and confident in your ability to balance multiple priorities — from the bid room to the job site.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Experience: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of estimating and/or project management experience in self-performed concrete work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of concrete means and methods, crew production rates, equipment utilization, and material costs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Win Est, or scheduling software a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and teamwork.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>KCI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, material status, genetic information, national origin, disability or protection veteran status.</em></span></p>",
