In-person service at more than 50 sites throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties is inspired by the Gospel call affirming the sacredness of every human life.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CCLI is looking for a two <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Parish Social Ministry Developers</em></span>  with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide ongoing and specialized consultation services to parishes including assessments of and recommendations for PSM programs, as well as guidance on complex client cases.</li>\n<li>Convene regular deanery meetings of PSM Coordinators and develop and enable Coordinator leadership within deaneries.</li>\n<li>Develop and communicate resources and networking in a variety of areas to parishes as needed.</li>\n<li>Design, initiate, facilitate and conduct training programs and special events for Coordinators and Volunteers.</li>\n<li>Encourage and facilitate parish development actions and advocacy for social justice.</li>\n<li>Review and recommend financial assistance applications submitted by parishes on behalf of clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>         Coordinate with parishes on application process.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in trainings and conferences to maintain current knowledge of resources, trends,</li>\n</ul>\n<p>         needs and skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Requirements:</em></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Theology and/or training in a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Parish Social Ministry Coordinator a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to identify priorities, multi-task and deliver independent, effective follow up.</li>\n<li>Effective communication skills especially ability to listen to a broad array of constituencies.</li>\n<li>Availability for travel to parishes, meetings and events.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Bilingual capability in Spanish/English a plus.</li>\n<li>Valid NYS Driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Schedule:  </em></span><em>full time – 35 hours per week </em></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Rate of Pay: </em></span><em> $30.22 per hour/$55,000 annual</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate.
