We are committed to empowering families, nurturing effective communication, and guiding each child toward independence and long-term success.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Pediatric Speech Lab plays a vital role in supporting licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. This position focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist, ensuring that each child receives tailored interventions to improve their communication skills. The SLPA will engage with pediatric clients in a compassionate and professional manner, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes progress and confidence. Additionally, the role involves documenting therapy sessions, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to support holistic care.
