  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>Services Provided in this Discipline Area<br><br></strong><em>Services provided in this discipline include (but may not be limited to) planning, design, and construction administration of:<br></em><br></div><div><!--block-->-Stormwater Management<br>-Detention / Retention Pond and Outfall Design &amp; Analysis<br>-Bridge Hydraulics and Scour Analysis<br>-Erosion Control Design &amp; Analysis<br>-Watershed Hydrology<br>-Watershed Master Planning<br>-Open Channel Hydraulics Design &amp; Analysis<br>-Channel Stabilization<br>-Hydraulic Modeling (HEC-RAS 1D/2D and LA DOTD HydroWIN, FHWA HY-8 and Hydraulic Toolbox minimum)<br>-Comprehensive Planning<br>-Design of Hydraulic Structures<br>-Floodplain Mapping<br>-FEMA Regulatory Modeling and Floodplain Management<br><br></div><div><!--block--><strong>Responsibilities/Essential Functions</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Serves as Waggoner’s technical lead in executing the performance of the services included in this discipline area.<ul><li><!--block-->Assists project managers and CAMs in the development of technical scope of work, budget, and schedule associated with the projects in this discipline.</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for all aspects of the discipline and has significant management responsibilities.
