      "value": "<p><strong>Start-up Evaluation and Founder Support (50%)</strong></p><ul><li>Identification and selection of promising Artificial Intelligence start-ups for our portfolio</li><li>1:1 sparring with founding teams on product strategy, market positioning, market development, fundraising, and team building</li><li>Connecting start-ups with experts from academia, industry, and the investor community, and facilitating access to relevant resources within the TUM and UnternehmerTUM ecosystem</li></ul><p><strong>Further Development of the Startup Support Process (30%)</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic and conceptual development of support offerings for start-ups within the Venture Lab environment, and implementation of new formats, tools, and structures</li><li>Contribution to the cross-functional \"Startup Support\" chapter and active exchange with other Venture Labs to develop shared standards and best practices, including ensuring AI is integrated across their activities</li></ul><p><strong>Community & Formats (15%)</strong></p><ul><li>Conceptualizing and implementing high-quality expert and community formats in Munich</li></ul><p><strong>Data Management and Reporting (5%)</strong></p><ul style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;\"><li>Maintenance of the CRM system, tracking of relevant start-up and program KPIs, and preparation of insights for the team and Venture Lab management</li></ul>"
