Hiring Manager Contact #: 267-521-0354</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HS Diploma or five years of shuttle driving experience and must be at least 21 years of age</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reading: </strong>Average Level: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, federal, state, and local transportation regulations as well as reports and procedures.</p>\n<p><strong>Communication:</strong> Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)</p>\n<p><strong>Math: </strong>Average Level: Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply.</p>\n<p><strong>Writing: </strong>Average Level: Ability to write statements/reports.</p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skill: </strong>Knowledge of all working functions of a shuttle bus, ADA lifts, wheelchair securement, GPS, video/audio camera, proper stowage, and securement of luggage </p>\n<p><strong>Customer Service Experience: </strong>Proper greeting of customers, proper etiquette with ADA passenger, proper handling of upset customers, promoting the company APP, benefits, and programs.</p>\n<p><strong>Physical:</strong> Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations.</p>\n<p><strong>Licenses & Endorsements:</strong> Must possess the appropriate license, endorsements and or medical certification to operate a shuttle bus. Have a good driving record. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong></p>\n<p>Drivers work in physically demanding environment. Lifting luggage, prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job. All drivers must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Continuously requires vision, hearing and talking. Frequently requires standing, sitting, handling and foot controls. Occasionally requires fine dexterity, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing/pulling, bending and twisting. Rarely requires, kneeling and climbing.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Machines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids:</u></strong> motor vehicle operation, two-way radios, smart phone.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Environmental Factors:</u></strong><strong>  </strong>Exposure to noise and vibration and physical hazards.
