If you’re ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply and become part of our innovative family.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>General:</p>\n<p>· Following company policies and processes</p>\n<p>· Initiating and supporting continuous improvement activities</p>\n<p>· Creating metrics and reports as required</p>\n<p>· Documenting and improving Quality Processes</p>\n<p>· Training new employees in Quality Processes</p>\n<p>· Guiding process users and answering questions</p>\n<p>· Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards where applicable</p>\n<p>· Approving Engineering Change Orders for Quality Engineering</p>\n<p>· Participating in NPI projects as a core team member</p>\n<p>· Supporting Manufacturing Engineering projects as needed</p>\n<p>· Performing other functional duties as assigned by the supervisor</p>\n<p>· Supporting Global Supply-chain Management (GSM) department on vendor selection and performance activities</p>\n<p>· Supporting Receiving Inspection activities, answering their questions regarding processes, parts, design intents, drawings, inspection techniques, sampling plans and SAP QM transactions</p>\n<p>Non-Conforming Material (NCM) and Material Review Board (MRB):</p>\n<p>· Owning the process, documentation, and PLM tool</p>\n<p>· Processing NCM data into databases (SAP)</p>\n<p>· Managing Material Review Board (MRB) activities</p>\n<p>· Managing MRB room inventory</p>\n<p>· Managing MRB metrics and reports</p>\n<p>· Ensuring on-time disposition of NCM records and NCM material</p>\n<p>· Ensuring NCM data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards, policies and procedures</p>\n<p>Supplier Deviation Request (SDR):</p>\n<p>· Owning the process, documentation, and PLM tool</p>\n<p>· Approving SDRs</p>\n<p>· Monitoring and maintaining SDR process, work instructions, and PLM database</p>\n<p>· Managing SDR metrics and reports</p>\n<p>· Ensuring on-time disposition of SDRs</p>\n<p>· Ensuring SDR data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards, policies and procedures</p>\n<p>Quality Information Records (QIR)</p>\n<p>· Owning the process, documentation, and PLM tool</p>\n<p>· Creating and maintaining Quality Inspection Plans in SAP</p>\n<p>· Creating and updating QIR in SAP</p>\n<p>· Ensuring SAP quality plans’ functionality and accuracy</p>\n<p>· Preventing QIR and Quality Lot errors in SAP</p>\n<p>· Working with manufacturing engineers and receiving inspectors to maintain quality plans and QIRs</p>\n<p>First Article Inspection (FAI):</p>\n<p>· Owning the process, documentation, and PLM tool</p>\n<p>· Creating FAI requirements on FAI forms</p>\n<p>· Supporting Manufacturing Engineers’ approval of FAI results</p>\n<p>· Generating FAI metrics and reports</p>\n<p>· Ensuring on-time disposition of FAI results</p>\n<p>Out of Box Quality (OBQ):</p>\n<p>· Owning the process, documentation, and PLM tool</p>\n<p>· Chairing the OBQ board meetings</p>\n<p>· Managing the OBQ action items</p>\n<p>· Generating OBQ Metrics</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· Fluent in Microsoft Office Tools</p>\n<p>· Advanced skills in MS Excel (data mining, macros, charts, tables, pivot tables etc.)</p>\n<p>· Experience in leading and contributing dFMEA, pFMEA, DFx tools and processes</p>\n<p>· Experience in, NPI process</p>\n<p>· Experience in leading and contributing cross-functional international teams</p>\n<p>· Experience with chairing Material Review Board (MRB) and NCM activities</p>\n<p>· Excellent people skills and team player</p>\n<p>· Experience with SAP material master and quality modules and transactions</p>\n<p>· 3D CAD experience with ability to read fabrication drawings and make changes</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of common inspection tools and how to use them</p>\n<p>· Excellent understanding of fundamentals of quality assurance and QMS</p>\n<p>· Experience in using conventional inspection equipment and CMM (or similarly advanced tools)</p>\n<p>· Experience in process capacity analysis</p>\n<p>· Excellent verbal / written communication, and presentation skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· ISO9001 or equivalent</p>\n<p>· Lean Six Sigma</p>\n<p>· Experience with process improvements</p>\n<p>· Experience with writing Engineering Changes</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<p>Ø Strong typing skills</p>\n<p>Ø Ability to lift 25lbs</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<p>BS in Engineering</p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 years’ Quality Engineering experience</p>\n<p>At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $97,000 and $173,000. You will have the ability to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bruker is an equal-opportunity employer.
