    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The ICTV News Director is responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Helping producers in their department train their cast/crew members at the beginning of each semester.</li>\n <li>Coordinating meetings and critiques with all News producers to ensure quality and ethical productions.</li>\n <li>Managing the allocation of all ICTV Checkout Center equipment for News Shows.</li>\n <li>Ensuring cohesive and professional broadcasts for all News programming on ICTV.</li>\n <li>Serving as the Executive Producer of all News programming.</li>\n <li>Appointing assistant producers, reporters, anchors and producers for Newswatch.</li>\n <li>Meeting weekly with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>All applicants should have at least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV.
