The new dining experiences will bring De Laurentiis’ signature fusion of classic Italian cuisine and modern California influence to the Chicagoland region.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The Assistant Server is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room while assisting servers, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This position supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and efficiency. Guest interaction is a key component in this role while supporting the serving staff to ensure each and every guest has the perfect fine dining experience every time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, booths, and service stations</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with setup of restaurant before each shift stock, and reset restaurant as assigned by management</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist servers by delivering water, bread, or other items as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Refill beverages when appropriate</p></li>\n <li><p>Restock service stations with napkins, silverware, glassware, condiments, and other supplies</p></li>\n <li><p>Polish silverware and glassware</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with food running when needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Remove trash and debris from dining areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all health and sanitation guidelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Work along side servers to provide friendly and professional guest service at all times</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to learn and recite the menu should guests have questions</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n   <li><p>Previous restaurant experience preferred</p></li>\n   <li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n   <li><p>Strong communication and teamwork skills</p></li>\n   <li><p>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds</p></li>\n   <li><p>Ablility to remain standing or walking for entirety of shift length</p></li>\n   <li><p>Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
