This role is heavily involved throughout the project lifecycle, particularly during the bid, negotiation, and award phases, ensuring contracts are structured to protect the company's interests and properly transfer risk.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Own</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review prime contracts to identify contractual, financial, liability, and compliance risks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and other contract documents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure proper risk transfer through indemnification, insurance requirements, waivers, and subcontract language</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct contract audits and support company-wide risk management initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with project managers and leadership to resolve contractual issues and maintain compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage contract administration throughout all project phases, from bidding through closeout</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review and interpret AIA, EJCDC, and ConsensusDocs agreements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate contract records and documentation across 25–30 active projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support procurement and ongoing contract needs for projects that may span multiple years</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Trimble, and other construction management platforms</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Project Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Approximately 20 projects awarded annually</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Project sizes ranging from under $25M to over $50M</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Multiple subcontractors, vendors, and purchase orders per project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Long-duration projects that can extend up to four years</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to heavy civil, engineering, commercial, and federally funded projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3–5+ years of construction contract administration or contract management experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk allocation, and compliance requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with AIA, EJCDC, and ConsensusDocs agreements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of subcontracts, purchase orders, indemnification, insurance requirements, and liability provisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to identify risks, negotiate contract terms, and protect company interests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Heavy civil, infrastructure, engineering, or commercial construction experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with government-funded project requirements is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">*********LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ************</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
