Springfield Clinic is committed to quality, safety, service and innovation to improve the health and lives of people in central Illinois.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>If it's not 911, it's Urgent Care Plus</strong></p><p>Springfield Clinic is providing patients with an alternative option to avoid the hassles of the emergency room. Our region's first high acuity urgent care, Urgent Care Plus, is staffed with a team of experienced, board-certified emergency medicine physicians, and emergency-trained advanced practice providers (APPs) and nurses.</p><p><strong>70% of ER visits are discharged home. We can take these high acuity cases that do not rise to the level of hospital admission.
