Summary:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\">Electronics Research and Engineering Manager provides leadership to the development of LECO electronics.  Works with other functional managers and product leaders to assign responsibilities for the Electrical Engineering team. &nbsp;Sets and maintains the strategic direction of the Electrical Engineering team. &nbsp; Promotes the personal and professional development of the Electrical Engineering team. &nbsp;This position reports to the Vice-President, Research &amp; Development.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>Position Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Act as the management representative for the functional group of up to 10 team members</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assess the capacity for work of individuals within the functional group, assigning resources as needed to support multiple concurrent product development efforts.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist in the hiring and/or termination process as required&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist in the strategic planning of R&amp;D as required&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Conduct (and/or participate in) special
