Description
Your responsibilities
Develop, expand, and maintain the Authorized Service Partner network in Germany. Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of new service centers, ensuring compliance with Midea standards and processes. Coordinate and follow up on service orders and cases across the service network. Act as a central interface between Technical Support, Spare Parts, Call Center, and Service Partners to ensure smooth case resolution. Monitor and control ASP invoicing, validating accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed service conditions. Track service performance, operational KPIs, and network efficiency. Prepare and deliver regular follow-up and performance reports using Excel and CRM data. Ensure all service cases, partner data, and documentation are properly maintained in CRM platforms. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service processes and network performance. Conduct regular business trips within Germany to visit service partners, support network development, and perform operational follow-ups.
Your profile
Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking. Proven experience working with CRM platforms and service management systems. High attention to detail, especially in invoicing and operational follow-up. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Willingness and flexibility to travel within Germany. German: Advanced level (written and spoken) – mandatory. English: Advanced level (written and spoken)
