Conduct feasibility assessments, ensuring alignment with Taurus Industrial Group standards and client expectations. Develop creative, cost-efficient high-level approaches on how project is to be executed.</li><li><strong>Cost Estimation &amp; Budgeting:<br></strong>Lead and manage the estimating process for multi-disciplined construction projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all estimates. Review historical data, project plans, and specifications to develop cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with internal estimating teams, vendors, subcontractors to confirm accuracy and competitiveness.</li><li><strong>Proposal Strategy and Development:&nbsp;<br></strong>Lead and manage the preparation of proposals and bids, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and submittal requirements. Develop and maintain proposal templates, ensuring they align with company branding, messaging, and ensure all required documentation is incorporated. Provide strategic guidance on the best approach for each proposal based on client needs and company capabilities.</li><li><strong>Scheduling &amp; Coordination:</strong><br>&nbsp;Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all pre-construction milestones are clearly defined. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and field teams to streamline workflows and prevent delays.</li><li><strong>Risk Analysis &amp; Mitigation:</strong><br>&nbsp;Identify potential risks, challenges, and constraints, providing mitigation strategies.
