Great opportunity? -- Your search ends here!</em></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><ins>Search Consultant</ins></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The CSS ProSearch Search Consultant is <em>accountable for finding top talent as well as creating and implementing successful sales strategies via new business development.</em>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><ins>Responsibilities of the Search Consultant include:</ins></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Performing full life-cycle      recruitment for various positions nationwide with a strong focus on sales      and sales management professionals - 100% Direct-hire.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Recruiting through internet      searches, LinkedIn, job postings, referrals, cold calling, and networking.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Maintaining a flexible schedule      to accommodate candidates for interview times or interview location.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Interviewing candidates over the      phone.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Identifying and presenting      opportunities for each candidate based upon skill set, job requirement,      geographic location, salary requirements, and overall qualifications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Coaching candidates on specific      opportunities as well as interviewing techniques and tips.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Discussing orders with hiring      managers to get a clear picture of what they are looking for and to      formulate a recruiting strategy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Selling clients on candidates.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Acting as an intermediary between      client and candidate to answer questions/concerns or to assist in      overcoming any objections&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Extending offers on behalf of      clients to candidates, including presenting an offer and negotiating the      terms of the offer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Maintaining positive working      relationships with existing and new clients, including occasionally      traveling to clients' locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Researching prospective clients      to develop a more expansive client list.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Soliciting new business through      cold calling, marketing, and/or referrals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Following up with prospective      companies to secure new job orders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Maintaining prospective and current      client contacts in database.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><ins>Requirements of the Search Consultant:</ins></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Bachelor's degree&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Minimum of 2-4 years of related      experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Demonstrated ability to      effectively prioritize work assignments while managing multiple priorities&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Excellent verbal and written      communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Proven ability to effectively      interact with all levels of individuals, especially clients and candidates&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Proven customer service skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Proven self-starter&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><ins>Perks of Working with Us</ins></strong><strong>: </strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We offer a fun, upbeat work environment that recognizes and rewards the hard work of its employees.
