font-size: 15px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 15px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses and buildings using paint, hand tools, and paneling. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 15px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 15px;\">Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 15px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 15px;\">Perform minor plumbing, welding and/or concrete mixing work. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Other Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span><span>Able to follow and implement oral and written directions from crew foreman.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Ability to work well without supervision and anticipate work that needs to be done. </span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Ability to lift 75 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Frequent standing, kneeling and lifting.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Possible out of town travel during the week.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Have tools that are required for position</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education/Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span><span>High School diploma</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>2-year construction or carpentry program preferred</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Minimum 2 years of experience on the job or </span><span>any experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
