This role is ideal for a seasoned full-stack .NET developer who enjoys leading others and delivering high-quality applications and websites. The Application Developer III plays a hands-on role in designing, coding, debugging, and reviewing .NET applications, while also providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers. This position works closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project scope, ensure technical excellence, and drive successful outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>HYBRID/REMOTE:</strong> Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. We’re the leading distributor of innovative FRC solutions, and the largest industrial supplier of Carhartt FR, Ariat FR, and Wrangler FR clothing.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Upgrading/Migrating existing .NET websites and applications.</li>\n <li>Drive development practices used within the company.</li>\n <li>Enforce adherence to coding standards and code reviews.</li>\n <li>Understand and constantly consider the full-stack architecture for an entire product.</li>\n <li>Provide production support as periodically assigned.</li>\n <li>Bridges the gap between remote and local developers.</li>\n <li>Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.</li>\n <li>Participate in solution design and deliver products.</li>\n <li>Developing technical specifications for new projects.</li>\n <li>Meeting with technology managers to determine application requirements.</li>\n <li>Writing scalable code for .NET software applications with unit tests.</li>\n <li>Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.</li>\n <li>Provide direction for .Net developers and act as escalation point for questions or issues.</li>\n <li>Drafting software and application operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Mentoring and supporting other developers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of hands-on work experience </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field</li>\n <li>A certification in application development related field. </li>\n <li>For instance – Microsoft Certified Developer/Architect, AWS Certified</li>\n <li>Previous experience as a Lead developer.</li>\n <li>Proficient in .Net Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, API, Win Forms, MS Sql Server, Angular, Blazor, CSS and JavaScript</li>\n <li>Knowledge/Experience on Rabbit MQ, AWS, Power BI, Jira is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Experience in cloud design is preferred.</li>\n <li>Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Graph database experience a plus </li>\n <li>Developed / worked with a microservice architecture.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices</li>\n <li>Experience developing Wireframes, Storyboards, and Mockups.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of queues, scaling, performance, and rigid rules to create robust systems.</li>\n <li>Experience in development/architecture of REST-based and SOAP-based APIs.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with agile methodology is preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Self-Motivated/Ability to dig in and analyze existing code. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).</li>\n <li>Exposure to AI tools like GitHub CoPilot is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Health & Wellness</strong>: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive premiums.
