    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do&hellip;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide leadership, direction, and coordination of all growing range and facility maintenance activities.</li><li>Maintain and conduct repairs on all systems including inflation, electrical, plumbing, generators, boilers, and production equipment.</li><li>As required, oversee, and assist in repairing and installing new systems and greenhouses.</li><li>Assist in ground maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, clean up and debris removal.</li><li>Assist in on site snow removal as necessary.</li><li>Organize and maintain cleanliness in greenhouses, dock area, driveways, and outside field growing areas.</li><li>Conduct repairs on golf carts, trailers, shag trucks, pick-up trucks, EZ Go&rsquo;s, skid steers, forklifts.</li><li>Safely use tools and equipment in accordance with company safety standards.</li><li>Assist with and/or perform additional duties as required by operating needs of the company as directed by management.</li><li>Always lead and promote a culture of safety and well-being.</li><li>Ensure that continuous improvement processes are established and in practice.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead, develop, and motivate your team to promote a culture of high performance.</li><li>Always maintains a strict level of confidentiality concerning Dan and Jerry&rsquo;s Greenhouses strategic, operational, and financial positions. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who you are&hellip;</strong></p><ul><li>A Maintenance Leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and upkeep.</li><li>Someone fanatical about details and doing the job right.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to make timely, impactful decisions that result in positive change and contribution.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively engage with, develop and the maintenance crew.</li><li>Demonstrated ownership for decisions and actions; facilitates accountability.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License required.</li></ul><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ve done&hellip;</strong></p><ul><li>Hand-on knowledge of equipment electronics, controls, PLC&rsquo;s, etc.</li><li>Although not required, experience in manufacturing, agriculture, horticulture, and/or farming environment is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with basic welding fundamentals is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with basic plumbing fundamentals is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lead a team and work together towards a common goal</li></ul><p><strong>Who we are&hellip;</strong></p><p>Dan &amp; Jerry&rsquo;s Greenhouses is a family owned, growing company, headquartered in Monticello, MN.
