The Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at 1 of our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp;RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each resident's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Be able to climb 3-4 story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out!</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00 pm.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Daily contact with Area Supervisor.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Smartphone used to document cleared units.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">REQUIRED</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must have cell phone (Smart Phone).</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Reliable transportation to get to the property.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions. </span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">No experience required, Good attitude and we will train the right person.</span></li>\r\n</ul>",
