    "description": "<h3><img alt=\"\" src=\"https://i.ibb.co/ZBS3Zjf/Casino.png\" style=\"float:right;height:300px;margin-left:10px;margin-right:10px;width:300px;\" /></h3>\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>PORT MADISON ENTERPRISES</strong></h2>\r\n\r\n<h3><strong>SUQUAMISH CLEARWATER CASINO RESORT</strong></h3>\r\n\r\n<h3><strong>Resort- Room Attendant Supervisor </strong></h3>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>General Position Summary: </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Responsible for the effective supervision of the Room Attendants ensuring an exceptional standard of cleanliness is achieved and maintained in all guest rooms (during guests&rsquo; visits and in preparation of new guests&rsquo; arrival) and in the common areas.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Approaches all guests interactions in a positive &ldquo;Can Do&rdquo; manner while maintain the highest level of professionalism and instills the same to all personnel</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepares Room Attendant&rsquo;s daily assignments in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper by monitoring the computer system to track vacancies for inclusion in the cleaning schedule</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspects all rooms assigned too attendants on a daily basis and maintains accurate audit records</li>\r\n\t<li>Notifies attendants of all deficiencies found in the room(s) and ensure timely correction</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs re-inspections</li>\r\n\t<li>Submits maintenance request to the Engineering Department</li>\r\n\t<li>Confers with the Front Desk on room discrepancies as reported by guests</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspects Room Attendant&rsquo;s carts/signs at the end of each shift</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures proper security measures are taken with the &ldquo;Pass Key&rdquo; entrusted to each Room Attendant during shift</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains an adequate supply of linens, cleaning chemicals and amenity inventories by consistently completing sign out sheets for all products</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Secondary Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Performs all Room Attendant duties as needed depending on staffing and occupancy levels and consistent with the positions job description</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists the Executive Housekeeper in assigning duties</li>\r\n\t<li>Respects all guests&rsquo; confidentiality and performs duties in a highly professional manner</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists with all aspects of a training program for all housekeeping personnel</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs all duties in a safe manner</li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Specific Job Skills:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ability to read, write and comprehend instruction and correspondence</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to effectively convey information one-on-one or in a group setting (meetings)</li>\r\n\t<li>Actively practices positive and effective communication and possess strong organizational skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates strong mathematical skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to problem-solve, handle stressful situations and make good decisions</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to function in a team-orientated environment and work independently</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
