As a CCM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CCM applications such as SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer communication processes and ensure the delivery of personalized and engaging communications.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications to meet business requirements.</li>\n<li>Data Transformation: Perform data transformation tasks, including but not limited to, data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for use in customer communications.</li>\n<li>Template Design: Create and modify templates and layouts for customer communications, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.</li>\n<li>Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for seamless data exchange.</li>\n<li>Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CCM solutions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer communications.</li>\n<li>Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.</li>\n<li>Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise to improve customer communication strategies.</li>\n<li>Training: Provide training and support to end-users on CCM applications and best practices.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in developing CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in XML and data transformation.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Word for template design and document generation.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification in SmartCOMM, xPression, or Thunderhead CCM applications.</li>\n<li>Experience with other CCM tools or platforms.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript).</li>\n<li>Understanding of document composition and variable data printing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply:</span></p>\n<p>If you are a motivated CCM Developer with the skills and experience required to excel in this role, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a strong fit for this position.</p>",
