    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Thrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing freeze-dried manufacturing company is recruiting for a Machine Operator in Langley BC reporting to the Production Supervisor. This opportunity is primarily responsible for pre-treatment food processing duties.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 26px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Process frozen materials into final freeze-dried treats that meet specifications and standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ensure product adheres to plant&rsquo;s quality assurance programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Operate various production tools and equipment, including bandsaw</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Follow the 5S program to ensure organized workspace</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Support post-processing activities, including final packaging of goods</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Assist team with troubleshooting production tools and equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Assist with machine start-up, materials and tools inventory for daily production</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Record material usage, quality control checks and other as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors or team leads, including those related to production, quality, or safety.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Participate in organization programs, including quality and safety</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 26px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ability to lift up to 25 kg of raw material</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ability to work with and handle raw, frozen, and fresh products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Experience in fresh and/or frozen food production, meat processing, butchering, or similar food manufacturing environments (including human food production) is considered an asset</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ability to manage your time and work efficiently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ability to work independently as well as in a team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Good communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Valid forklift license is an asset</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 26px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Pre-treatment Room: -2&deg;c; heavy lifting up to 25kg</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Post-treatment Room: room temperature</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Wet environment with natural food processing odors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Long standing hours and consistent bending, twisting, lifting and walking</li></ul></div></div>\n",
