We Champion People. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE: </strong>We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (PM) to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through close-out. The PM will be responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously across planning, permitting, construction, and close-out stages.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design and scope alignment.</li>\n <li>Lead weekly construction meetings and provide status updates to leadership.</li>\n <li>Review and approve contracts, change orders, and pay applications.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.</li>\n <li>Manage RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes.</li>\n <li>Resolve conflicts and issues that arise in the field or with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Provide accurate forecasting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent).</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with permitting processes, contracts, and local building codes.</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel to project sites as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Group Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>401k Retirement Plan with match</li>\n <li>Referral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)</li>\n <li>5 Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
