The main objectives of this role are to promote a positive station image, remain engaging and maintain a positive attitude during consumer and co-worker interactions.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p>This is a critical role in the on-site execution of station appearances.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct on-site contests</li>\n <li>Distribute promotional items</li>\n <li>Promote a positive station image</li>\n <li>Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities and special projects; assist in all aspects of on-site appearances including vehicles and equipment (setup/breakdown), prizes/giveaways, signage.</li>\n <li>Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity inside and outside the station.</li>\n <li>Facilitate, attend, and execute the appearance on-site set up and station visibility.</li>\n <li>Be in charge of executing on-location station/client activations and promotions to a degree that will increase audience interaction and engagement.</li>\n <li>Other marketing/promotional department duties as assigned by the manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>More About You:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.</li>\n <li>Must be 21+ years to apply</li>\n <li>Candidates must be organized.</li>\n <li>Possess good communication skills.</li>\n <li>Have intermediate computer and administrative skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights and weekends, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter, able to multitask, pay attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must have a positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with customers/listeners.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry equipment</li>\n <li>Must have high school degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Some customer service type experience preferred;</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Notes:</h2>\n<p>Please be aware that Audacy will <strong>never</strong> ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
