This is a senior, externally-facing role that sits at the intersection of policy, digital agriculture, and development finance.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Senior Manager, Government Advisory will support PxD's existing Project Management Units (PMUs) embedded within the Ministries of Agriculture in India and Ethiopia, build the pipeline for new government advisory programs across Africa and Asia, and institutionalize this work as a permanent, scalable offering within PxD.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role requires someone who is equally comfortable advising a Minister of Agriculture, presenting to a World Bank task team, and building the internal systems that will allow PxD's government advisory model to scale. You will work closely with PxD's CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Economist, and represent PxD externally at the highest levels.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About PxD: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Precision Development (PxD) is a global non-profit with the mission to scale innovations that millions of smallholder farmers in low and middle-income countries can use to improve their lives. PxD's primary approach is delivering timely, evidence-based digital information to farmers via basic mobile phones. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">So far, PxD has scaled digital agriculture services to more than 46 million farmers across Africa and Asia. PxD scales these digital information services through three models: i) direct service delivery to farmers; ii) improvement of partners’ existing services; and iii) strategic government advisory. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Through this third service model, PxD has established Project Management Units (PMUs) embedded within the Ministries of Agriculture in India and Ethiopia to support the governments in coordinating, managing, and scaling their nationwide portfolios of digital agriculture services. One of PxD’s strategic goals is to deepen this government advisory service offering by launching at least 3 new large-scale government advisory programs over the next 5 years.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Program Oversight and Learning:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary coordination point between PMU leads and PxD senior leadership, ensuring learnings, risks, and strategic decisions flow effectively across the organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with PMU leads in India and Ethiopia to streamline PMU activities across geographies, and share learnings across geographies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with PMU leads in India and Ethiopia to ensure existing PMU deliverables are on track, report progress to government partners and funders, and revise deliverables and targets if necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own the end-to-end pipeline for new government advisory programs — from opportunity identification and relationship development through to proposal submission, staffing, and program launch</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
