We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Project Manager</span> to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align resources for optimal results across the division</li>\n<li>Generate and maintain correct and timely project information</li>\n<li>Develop a thorough understanding of the contract documents</li>\n<li>Develop the overall project plan and set expectations for the project team</li>\n<li>Create the preliminary project schedule and update progress as required</li>\n<li>Perform job setup for the project including contract review, cost codes, and budget development</li>\n<li>Catalog and track submittals, RFI(s), PCO(s), quantities, and equipment</li>\n<li>Perform subcontractor and supplier buyout for the project and approve invoices weekly</li>\n<li>Submit all information and questions to the customer necessary for efficient execution</li>\n<li>Submit timely pay applications while keeping Accounts Receivable current</li>\n<li>Participate in the planning &amp; measurement process</li>\n<li>Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team</li>\n<li>Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing federal (DOE/DOD preferred) projects</li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen and cost control experience</li>\n<li>Proficiency in scheduling and project management systems</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to lead teams in structured, compliance-driven environments</li>\n<li>Willing to travel on a per diem basis</li>\n<li>Experience with NQA-1 is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>Must be a U.S. citizen</li>\n<li>Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program</li>\n<li>Subject to a background screening process</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To be considered for this position, you must first complete our Culture Index personality survey.
