You will lead a team of artists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise lighting/compositing of a project and lead artists to attain the creative lighting goals of the Art Director, Producer, and Client.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reports any hold-ups, departmental, and employee performance issues to Production &amp; Heads of Department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the lighting and compositing team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Share ideas, collaborate, and work closely with the Head of Department in order to ensure there is a streamlined production and continued growth on the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be able to maintain effective client relationships and effectively communicate feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meet deadlines as assigned by Producer and communicate consistently all applicable aspects of the show status.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage the shots' rendering process to ensure each episode's successful delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend all relevant meetings to promote effective communication throughout the production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be updated and familiar with new techniques, tools, or other related software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Present solutions to creative challenges that are within the budget and scope of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure show continuity and maintain consistency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Is mindful of render budget vs creative vision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Consult with CG supervisor for producing production-friendly solutions to technical challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review the work of artists regularly and approve shots for submission to the Art Director.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the production team to guide the artist's overall professional growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct routine performance evaluations for Lighting team members, providing constructive feedback, insights, and recommendations for improvement, including suggestions for potential promotions and future project assignments. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and maintain documentation related to the department to ensure the team is updated on all new tools, systems, and software updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepares and manages all episodic kick-offs related to the lighting and compositing team coordinating alongside the production team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with Human Resources and the Production team during the hiring process for the Lighting / Compositing Department, conducting interviews and helping to select the best candidate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in keeping the show within budget by managing assignments and necessary overtime.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Maya, Nuke, and Arnold, with deep experience across lighting, rendering, and compositing pipelines.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver high-quality look development, key lighting, and CG asset validation in a production environment.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of shot continuity, render optimization, and ensuring work translates cleanly across artists, sequences, and episodes.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring, and supporting lighting and compositing teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly convey creative direction, feedback, and technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Experience collaborating closely with Art Directors, CG Supervisors, Production, and Pipeline to maintain artistic quality and technical feasibility.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions within time and budget constraints.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in high-pressure production scenarios, including overtime during key delivery periods.</li>\n<li>Experience creating and maintaining lighting and compositing templates, workflows, and documentation for team use.</li>\n<li>Ability to distribute workloads effectively, balance team capacity, and support overall production efficiency.</li>\n<li>Experience assisting with asset finaling, including character turnarounds and set renders.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with pipeline troubleshooting and collaborating with technical teams to resolve workflow or tool issues.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
