From moving vehicles smoothly, safely, and efficiently, Valets represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner. A large part of your role will be to enhance the Longo guest experience. This is a Full-Time entry level position with a chance to learn about the automotive industry. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $18.00.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position is 100% on site at Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.</li>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match </li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member Referral Bonus Program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n <li>On-site gym, free of charge to team members</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install and removes disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all the vehicles brought in for service.</li>\n <li>Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot in a neat and organized manner</li>\n <li>Ensure all vehicles in the service parking lot are secured.</li>\n <li>Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department.</li>\n <li>Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot.</li>\n <li>Help maintain a professional appearance of the service department.</li>\n <li>Inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have been occurred during the vehicle’s stay in the service department.</li>\n <li>Must follow all company safety policies and practices.</li>\n <li>Assists in all other areas of the service department, as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain high ethical standards and a professional appearance at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, desired</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Demands</h1>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
