The Dealer is also required to practice the customer courtesy skills of to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.</p><p>3. Must be able to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</p><p>4. Assumes overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for a designated table.</p><p>5. Communicate any pertinent information to the pit manager, floor supervisor, or other necessary team members regarding player information, title 31 information, suspicious activity, possible intoxicated guests, or any other information that is important to the operation of the casino.</p><p>6. Maintains constant awareness of activities of assigned table in order to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity.</p><p>7. Controls and directs game in progress by dealing according to department procedures and maintaining game protection.</p><p>8. Must be able to deal and meet department game pace requirements.</p><p>9. Utilizes and is receptive to on-the-job training for receiving adequate guidance, resources and information for adequate job performance.</p><p>10. Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.</p><p>11. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.</p><p>12.
