    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Position: </strong>Physical Therapist - Pediatrics (PRN)</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> 55 Unity Point Way Marshalltown, IA 50158</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: $45hr</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SelectKids is seeking a<strong> PRN pediatric Physical Therapist</strong> to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, torticollis, and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our pediatric patients reach their goals and learn new skills. Come join us and make a positive difference in the life of a child! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>High Standard of Care: </strong>Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how PTs may practice and whom they may supervise.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborative Approach: </strong>Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of physical therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.</li>\n <li><strong>Leadership: </strong>Supervise and delegate physical therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.</li>\n <li><strong>Personalized Treatment: </strong>Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovative Opportunities: </strong>Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPPA guidelines.</li>\n <li><strong>Best Practices: </strong>Stay current and up to date with Physical Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school </li>\n <li>Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice</li>\n <li>CPR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p>Go Anywhere with Us! 1900 centers in 39 states offering internal movement</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
