This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, make a real impact, and create a safer environment for those who count on you. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Allied Universal?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Career Growth: </strong>Opportunities to advance within a global leader in security services</li>\n <li><strong>Impactful Work: </strong>Play a vital role in protecting people, property, and businesses</li>\n <li><strong>Supportive Team: </strong>Work with caring professionals dedicated to safety and excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Manage scheduling:</strong> Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime</li>\n <li><strong>Lead and Develop Security Teams:</strong> Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations</li>\n <li><strong>Enhance Client Relationships:</strong> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property</li>\n <li><strong>Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies:</strong> Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams</li>\n <li><strong>Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence:</strong> Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships</li>\n <li>Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination</li>\n <li>Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner</li>\n <li>Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence</li>\n <li>Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field</li>\n <li>Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience</li>\n <li>American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification</li>\n <li>Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience</li>\n <li>Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration</li>\n <li>Graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements</li>\n <li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days</li>\n <li>Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
