    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable <strong>Overnight Supervisor&nbsp;</strong>for <strong>Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills&nbsp;</strong>in<strong>&nbsp;Catskill, NY.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property</li><li>Process daily audit procedure and pull daily audit reports</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera&nbsp;</li><li>Respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting Assistant General Manager and General Manager as appropriately needed</li><li>Validate guest check-in &amp; check out reservations, verifying all arrivals&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to inquiries from guests in a timely manner via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls from our dedicated Bookings Line &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication &nbsp;</li><li>Respond to ALL guest tickets in a timely manner for supervising&nbsp;Outposts</li><li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team members to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent&nbsp;required</li><li>Related Work Experience: Hotel, Food Service Management, Retail etc. &nbsp;</li><li>Supervisory Experience: 1-3 Years preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>This job requires the ability to perform the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication&nbsp;process.</li><li>Must be self-directed.
