    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Contribute to innovative and unique control solutions to align with project and client&rsquo;s needs. Responsible for a variety of Automation Projects, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA Programming, Network Configuration, AC &amp; DC Drive Setup &amp; Configuration, Instrumentation, Electrical Design and Commissioning/Startup Support Services. &nbsp;Servicing customers in varying industrial, agricultural, food and dairy, municipal, and OEM sectors. &nbsp;Field Engineering duties including customer service calls, troubleshooting, and system startup &amp; commissioning.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Customer service and support, including service calls, emergency after hours calls, and remote/on-line support.</li><li>Customer contact skills including site engineering surveys, customer service, and project management.</li><li>Programming PLC&rsquo;s, HMI&rsquo;s, SCADA systems, and Operator Interface Terminals on various control systems.</li><li>DCS Programming of Emerson Delta V.</li><li>Design of control panel layout, motor control center layout, electrical schematic development, and component specification.</li><li>Development of system P&amp;IDs, wiring schematics and drawings, panel layouts, and other associated automation system design documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Electrical design duties for controls systems serving various industries.</li><li>Industrial control network design using common protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Electric motor drive selection, setup and configuration duties.</li><li>Selection of instrumentation for level, pressure, temperature &amp; flow measurement and control systems.</li><li>Applying knowledge while working on significant and complex projects.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or related field, or Associate&rsquo;s degree in engineering or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or minimum five years related experience.</li><li>Knowledge of PLC&rsquo;s, programming in ladder logic, function block, and structured text. Knowledge of PID control and loop tuning.</li><li>Comfortable in a client facing role with ability to communicate effectively with clients in a professional &amp; competent manner.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently autonomously or as a member of a team. Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with the willingness to help others within the department and company.</li><li>Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards including NFPA 70 &amp; UL508A.</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work and the ability to multi-task</li><li>Personal computer skills: Microsoft Office products &nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to: walk in uneven ground/set/slippery locations, climb steps/ladders, lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, bend/stoop/twist, drive to customer locations, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledge of various PLC manufacturers products.</li><li>Knowledge of various HMI manufacturers terminals.</li><li>Knowledge of various manufacturers AC &amp; DC drives.</li><li>Knowledge of servo &amp; stepper motor controls.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial safety standards and Safety Instrumented Systems.</li><li>Knowledge of hazardous locations including Class 1 and Class 2 locations and applicable codes and standards for these environments.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Electrical hazards.</li><li>Varying weather conditions.</li><li>Varying customer environments (Food Grade, cGMP, Etc.).</li><li>Varying office and customer locations.</li><li>Varying schedules &amp; occasional extended hours.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>\n",
